Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator specializing in Commercial Property management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring seamless administrative processes and exceptional tenant service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate administration,

Responsibilities

Complete all assigned tasks each day before going home, nothing lingers.

Calendar management – Review daily report and flag any missed deadlines.

Green sheets – Ensure all green sheets have been submitted by the end of day every Monday in the proper format..

Accountable for staff deadlines. Any missed deadlines track and bring staff members in to meet with the Executive.

Follow up with managers, other employees, tenants, and vendors mainly to assist with information exchange, problems, and request inquiries,

Follow-up with staff and contractors to ensure performance and results, assignments completed.

Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Maintains Executive and department files.

Completes projects as assigned by Executive, delegates as needed and follow up on results.

Inform the Executive immediately of any obstacles.

Troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.

Document potential disputes in writing; demonstrate excellent correspondence skills.

Be familiar with Imperial Realty properties by visiting properties and reporting notes on a regular basis.

Attend management walk-throughs of IRC properties.

Able to adapt to Executive work style and accept his expertise.

Attend various staff meetings as directed.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Run errands as requested.

Other duties as assigned.
