Senior 5-Axis CNC Set-Up Programmer — Soraluce Platforms

Location: Melrose Park, IL | Environment: Heavy Industrial Manufacturing

What you’ll work on

This manufacturer supports critical power generation and industrial equipment across the U.S. You’ll contribute to complex components that demand precision and reliability.

Open roles and compensation

CNC Machinist

Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM start) and 2nd (4:00 PM start)

Pay: $28.00 – $34.00/hr

Set up and operate CNC milling and machining equipment
Operate primarily Mazak and Fanuc-controlled machines
Read blueprints and perform inspections
Regular overtime available

CNC Milling Set-Up Programmer

Shift: 1st

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00+/hr

Program CNC milling machines from scratch using Mastercam
Handle setup and process optimization
Horizontal milling experience highly preferred
10+ years of CNC programming experience preferred

CNC Set-Up Programmer – 5-Axis Soraluce

Shift: Starts on 2nd with potential transition to 1st

Pay: Starting at $45.00+/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Program and set up large 5-axis machining centers
Work on Soraluce platforms
Create programs from scratch; optimize processes
Advanced CNC programming experience required
