Lotus Women’s Institute is partnering with an established wealth management practice to identify professionals interested in transitioning their experience, relationships, and business-development skills into a career as a Financial Advisor.

This isn't an entry-level role; it's for experienced professionals who have already established themselves, have demonstrated success working with people, and are ready for greater ownership of their professional and financial future. Financial-services experience is not required.

Professionals with backgrounds in B2B sales, business development, recruiting, consulting, technology sales, pharmaceutical or medical sales, commercial banking, lending, real estate, professional services, account management, or other relationship-driven careers may find their skills transfer particularly well to this opportunity. If you've built client relationships, developed new business, earned referrals, managed a territory, cultivated a professional network, advised customers, or become a trusted resource to others, you may already possess many of the foundational skills needed to succeed.

You'll receive the financial education, licensing support, training, coaching, and mentorship necessary to learn the profession. What can't be taught as easily is the ability to earn trust, create relationships, initiate conversations, and build a business.

What You'll Do:

Build a client base through relationships, introductions, referrals, networking, and community involvement
Develop new business and cultivate long-term client relationships
Learn to assess clients' financial needs, priorities, and goals
Help individuals and families make informed decisions about protecting, investing, and building wealth
Develop personalized financial strategies with the support of experienced professionals
Build expertise through comprehensive training, licensing, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
Create a long-term practice with meaningful income and growth potential

Who We're Looking For:

Have 5+ years of professional experience
Hold a bachelor's degree
Have demonstrated measurable professional achievement and can point to tangible evidence of success in their current or previous careers
Have experience in sales, business development, relationship management, consulting, or another client-facing profession
Communicate confidently and professionally
Have developed a meaningful network of professional, personal, and community relationships
Enjoy meeting new people, developing relationships, and are comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
Demonstrate resilience, self-discipline, curiosity, and personal accountability
Want greater ownership over their career and earning potential

Building a financial advisory practice is fundamentally a relationship-driven business. For that reason, this opportunity is best suited for someone who has already built a substantial network through their career, education, community involvement, professional associations, friendships, and other relationships—and who is comfortable thoughtfully engaging that network as they build their practice.

You do not need a finance degree, previous wealth management experience, or an existing financial license. You bring the relationships, professional maturity, work ethic, and entrepreneurial drive, and the firm provides all the resources to be successful in this role.
