Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping others
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Must have Property & Casualty & / or Life license

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding insurance policies and claims.
Assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage based on their needs and provide guidance throughout the application process.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the agency team to provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
