We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Legal Office Assistant/Secretary to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a law office, with excellent communication, phone etiquette, heavy phone use, and strong administrative and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish. We are looking for an honest, friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case management tasks including deadlines, organizing evidence, and tracking case progress.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, and other legal research tools to support case preparation and strategy.
Answered a constant flow of customer calls with up to 5 calls in queue per minute.
Locate providers and schedule medical appointments for treatment of injuries.
Ability to read, review directives as given from their case manager to process requests, emails, and administrative requests.
Exceptional customer service skills
Phone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy
Bilingual in Spanish experience
Heavy phone calls experience
Spanish (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
