About Us: Curtis Homes, LLC is expanding its operations and introducing new Supported Living Programs. Our mission is to support individuals with developmental disabilities and provide an environment where our team members can learn, grow, and provide compassionate care.

We have developed our own person-centered tools for use internally in providing care to our clients, and ensuring our staff are trained and knowledgeable. We realize that, in order to provide excellent care to our clients, we must first ensure that we are excellent to our employees. We provide professional educational training so you can begin entry level work in this field and/or encourage higher levels of training for those who already have experience and would like to grow professionally in their field.

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Supported Living Care Providers to join our newly formed team at Curtis Homes, LLC. In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in a nurturing and empowering environment.

Whether you have an abundance of direct care experience or none at all, we would love to meet you and see if our company is a good fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities who receive services from the Regional Center. Disabilities may include mild intellectual disabilities or autism.
Deliver tailored care in various settings, including residential facilities for adults and in-home care (SLS).
Utilize user-friendly software and iPads for efficient reporting and documentation.
Collaborate closely with our engaged management team, contributing to our authentic company culture that values employee development and well-being.
Participate in specialized training and use person-centered tools to ensure excellent client care and personal growth.

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but we offer professional development assistance for newcomers.
Genuine passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to upholding our company's values and delivering high-quality care.
