Listing Manager & Transaction Coordinator
Brent Silberbauer Real Estate is hiring a Listing Manager & Transaction Coordinator to help manage listings, escrow coordination, compliance, seller communication, and listing launch details for a high-standard real estate team in Chico, California.
This is a local, in-person role based in Chico. The right person is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients and vendors, and able to keep listings and transactions moving without constant direction.
Schedule
Part-time to start: approximately 20–30 hours per week.
Regular weekday availability is required during business hours. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed as transaction deadlines, listing launches, inspections, or client needs arise.
This is not a fully remote position. Some limited flexibility may be available after training, but local availability is required.
Compensation
$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
A transaction bonus may be available per successfully closed escrow. Canceled listings or canceled escrows are not eligible for a transaction bonus.
Mileage, phone use, PTO and other reimbursement details will be discussed during the interview process.
What You’ll Own
Manage transaction files and compliance from listing agreement through closing.
Coordinate escrow, title, inspections, disclosure packages, vendors, and transaction deadlines.
Maintain clean and organized files in CRM, SkySlope, Google Drive, and related systems.
Input and manage MLS listings from draft to active to closed.
Coordinate photography, video, lockboxes, keys, property access, ShowingTime, and listing launch checklists.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sellers.
Provide proactive seller updates and make sure clients understand next steps.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure listing materials, property pages, MLS details, email assets, and launch timing are accurate and completed on schedule.
What Brent Handles
Brent handles pricing strategy, negotiation, offer strategy, major client decisions, and high-level conversations.
This role supports the operation and keeps everything moving, but sensitive client issues, pricing decisions, and negotiations are escalated appropriately.
Required Qualifications
Active California Real Estate License.
Experience in transaction coordination, listing management, or real estate operations.
Strong understanding of California real estate contracts, disclosures, and compliance.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable communicating professionally by phone, email, and text depending on the situation.
Able to work independently and manage deadlines without constant reminders.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a team-based real estate environment.
Familiarity with SkySlope, Google Drive, ShowingTime, MLS systems, and real estate CRM platforms.
Ability to manage multiple active listings and escrows at the same time.

You are currently managing listings or transactions for other agents or teams.
You want a fully remote weekday position.
You are uncomfortable making phone calls when a conversation is needed.
You are not detail-oriented with files, deadlines, and compliance.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
