Arbor Post Acute is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate PM and NOC SHIFT nurse to join our team. As a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, Arbor Post Acute is committed to delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

Valid RN or LVN license in the state of California
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
