Job Description

The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our cannabis farm and manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, this role includes inspecting facilities, performing repairs, maintaining outdoor areas, and supporting the overall maintenance needs of the operation.

Core Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs throughout the facilities as needed.
Support maintenance of outdoor areas and landscaping tasks, including mowing, weeding, and pest control.
Assist in waste management, including recycling and proper disposal.
Work with the Facilities Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks.
Adhere to safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in general maintenance, ideally in agriculture or manufacturing.
Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical fitness to lift and move heavy objects.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 21+ and pass a background check.
Must have a valid drivers license.
