Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Handle all clerical tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records.
Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily operations.
Support calendar management and scheduling for appointments, meetings, and events with excellent time management skills.
Assist with office supply inventory, organization, and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity.

Skills

Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
