Full Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks and . This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your technical accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, processing payments, and collections
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles for accurate financial records
- Conduct credit analysis on customers to determine creditworthiness
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and financial concepts
- Experience in account reconciliation and credit analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams

TWO YEARS OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
