Full Job Description

Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of all technologies and network infrastructure managed by the IT department. Key responsibilities include administering servers, firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, mobile devices, cloud/virtual environments, and enterprise applications. Performs system backups, software/patch distribution, disaster recovery, daily/weekend technical support, cyber security monitoring, and thorough technical documentation. Provides on-call support.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Commitment to YSK objectives regarding safety, quality, cost, delivery and management according to the business plan

· Strict adherence to the Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and policies

· Prioritize departmental duties to support the business plan

· Ensure the effective utilization of the company applications

· Identify and implement new technologies

· Infrastructure & Network Management: Configure, administer, and maintain Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls (including Sysco VPN client access controls), and Aruba/HP Wi-Fi Access Points (Meraki/Aruba). Maintain core network protocols including DNS and DHCP.

· Systems & Cloud Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 (Licensing & Security), Microsoft ENTRA/Azure, and Microsoft Virtual Machines (Hyper-V). Administer IBM iSeries OS and IBM Client Access environments.

· Enterprise Applications & B2B: Support and maintain Infor XA ERP Software, INFOR AR (EDI) Software, and IBM/Sterling B2B VANs. Ensure effective utilization and workflow enhancements across all corporate applications.

· Device & IoT Management: Configure, deploy, and support Keyence, Honeywell, and Intermec wireless handheld mobile devices across facility operations, as well as integrated IoT systems.

· Security & Compliance: Participate in penetration testing (PEN testing) and ensure strict compliance with J-SOX guidelines and cybersecurity best practices.

· Support & Maintenance: Provide daily, weekend, and on-call technical support. Plan and coordinate software deployments, system backups, and hardware/software resource inventory.

· Attend shift meetings and others applicable to the position

· 5S (Sort, Set-in-Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) your work space and 5S duties as assigned

· Perform other tasks as assigned

Education and work experience:

· A bachelor’s degree and certifications in one or more of the following areas strongly preferred (MCSE, CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, CISSP)

· Four or more years of systems/network experience is required. Four or more years of experience with Windows Server Administration.

· Experience in implementing vendor supplied software packages including installation, customization, deployment, maintenance, and support.

· Experience with any or all of the following specific equipment and technologies is desirable: Cisco Firewalls and Sysco VPN client access controls, Cisco Network Switches, Aruba/HP Wi-Fi Access Points (including Meraki and Aruba), core networking protocols such as DNS and DHCP, Microsoft 365 Administration (including Licensing and Security), Microsoft ENTRA / Azure, Hyper-V Virtualization, Infor XA ERP Software, INFOR AR (EDI) Software, IBM iSeries OS and IBM Client Access, IBM / Sterling B2B BANs, Keyence, Honeywell, and Intermec wireless mobile devices, IoT systems, cyber security monitoring, penetration testing (PEN testing), and J-SOX compliance.

· Advanced Windows 10/11 skills. Experience with Microsoft Server 2019 and current, Microsoft Exchange 365, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and current, DNS, DHCP, Excellent communication, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
