Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, assist in ensuring efficient operation within the organization and assisting with managing existing policies.

Duties:

Answering phone calls, greeting customers, returning calls and emails, scheduling appointments, application processing and follow-up, data entry, calling about policy increases, assisting with claims and advocating for clients

Skills:

- High attention to detail and organized
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clerical skills including filing and organizing documents
- Computer literacy with the ability to use office equipment effectively

- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy
- Punctuality and a positive attitude are a must
