Mobile Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for the Ohio region!

Are You a Strategic Leader Ready to Drive Operational Excellence Across Multiple Facilities?

AMA LLC is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and resident-focused Mobile Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to support multiple centers and uplift operational performance across our growing organization. If you excel in leadership, culture-building, regulatory readiness, and creating high-functioning teams — this role is for you.

This is not a building-based position — this is an opportunity to influence systems, improve outcomes, and support facilities where your skill, presence, and leadership will make a meaningful impact.

The Role:

As our Mobile LNHA, you will support and guide long-term care communities across the organization, helping facilities meet regulatory standards, achieve quality and financial goals, and cultivate strong operational leadership.

You will be a coach, mentor, stabilizer, and forward-thinking problem solver — stepping in where support is needed most.

You Will:

Provide administrative leadership to assigned facilities to support operational and regulatory success
Assist with oversight of clinical, financial, and staffing outcomes
Support DONs, department heads, and teams in delivering high-quality resident care
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Participate in surveys, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives
Drive occupancy growth, customer satisfaction, and community relations
Strengthen internal processes, culture, and employee engagement
Serve as a resource for administrators and leadership teams
Step in as interim or supplemental leadership during transitions when needed

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License
Two (2) years of administrator or leadership-level experience preferred
Proven history of regulatory compliance & operational oversight
Strong communication, leadership, and team-development skills
Ability to travel within organizational footprint
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
