Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Wash Manager who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a local candidate willing to develop management skills and oversee daily operations of a busy car wash facility. No prior car wash management experience is necessary—we are committed to training the right candidate! The ideal applicant will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and leading a team to ensure smooth, efficient operations and drive sales performance. Duties

Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer interaction techniques
Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, including washing bays, waiting areas, and equipment, ensuring a spotless environment
Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and oversee staff performance to optimize productivity
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed
Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and customers

Skills

Previous supervising or management required—training provided for the right candidate. Car wash experience not required.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Experience in retail or hospitality management is a plus, demonstrating customer service excellence
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally
Experience in driving sales performance and developing sales skills
