Experience in Email, Web Content, Customer/Member Data Systems, & Marketing Automation

Jobtracks Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to execute the organization's automated marketing program to enhance the overall image of our Credit Union, achieve organizational objectives, and create operational efficiencies. This position analyzes data, processes, and communication channels to develop, implement, and optimize strategies for automated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications for Marketing Automation Specialist:

Marketing Automation Specialist must have experience with email, web content, customer/member data systems, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Marketing Automation Specialist must have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and effectively execute strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of communication strategies and personalized member/customer experiences.
Marketing Automation Specialist should have intermediate knowledge of HTML, Velocity, CSS, and JavaScript, with basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with mass email distribution tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, emotional intelligence, consultation, relationship management, and a commitment to member and team service.
Marketing Automation Specialist must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, ethical conduct, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Self-motivated and accountable with strong technical skills, sound judgment, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits of Marketing Automation Specialist:

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities for the Marketing Automation Specialist:

Marketing Automation Specialist must provide exceptional member service and consistently follow established Service Standards in all work-related interactions.
Support department and Credit Union goals while effectively managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Identify and develop automated marketing campaigns that provide value to members and improve operational efficiency.
Marketing Automation Specialist should collaborate with internal departments, technical teams, and vendors to understand systems, data sources, campaign objectives, and technical requirements.
Lead campaign development, including campaign architecture, audience targeting, data integration, creative development, and automation setup.
Marketing Automation Specialist should develop and coordinate multi-channel communications while ensuring all content, copy, designs, HTML, and email templates meet brand standards.
Manage agencies, freelance designers, and vendor relationships, including project coordination, cost negotiations, and issue resolution.
Marketing Automation Specialist should execute campaigns on time and within budget, monitor performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to improve effectiveness.
Manage and continuously improve the marketing automation program, including reporting program health, key metrics, email templates, batch campaigns, and industry best practices.
Marketing Automation Specialist must support annual marketing planning and budgeting, comply with applicable BSA laws and regulations, and perform other duties as assigned to support Credit Union and department goals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
