Sodexo is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Dietitian for HCA Riverside Community Hospital, located in Riverside, California. Riverside Community Hospital is a 541-bed full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire and houses the largest Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the region, as well as a Level III NICU.

Pay Rate: $42- $45 per hour

What You'll Do

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy screening, assessing, and documenting the inpatient populations' nutritional needs with a variety of disease states
Implement care plans and educate patients (and family members)
Participate in the continuous quality improvement process and maintain a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and committees

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire.

Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire.

Minimum Functional Experience - 1-3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Pay: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour
