Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Concierge - Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales and administrative functions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations and positive client experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and client communication skills within a vibrant professional setting.

*Candidate must be able to pass a drug screening*

Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at the front desk.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other office software.
Maintain organized filing systems, manage confidential information with discretion, and ensure document accuracy through proofreading.
Provide general office support such as filing, photocopying, preparing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Act as a liaison between home buyers, ensuring to get all necessary contact information before transferring the call to our licensed sales agent.

Skills

Proven experience with office management, clerical duties, or administrative support in a professional environment.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, filing, and data entry.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Previous office experience that demonstrates reliability and multitasking capabilities.
