Full Job Description

Join Our Team!

Vincent Tool is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our daily accounting and office operations. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in accuracy.

Responsibilities

Enter invoices into QuickBooks and process weekly bill pay
Reconcile company credit card transactions
Enter new jobs, create sales orders, report job profitability and email invoices to customers
Receive customer payments and process daily deposits
Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related tasks
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support
Assist with additional accounting and office duties as needed

Qualifications

High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Associates degree in accounting OR 1-3 years experience in accounting with Quickbooks and Excel proficiency
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
