Full Job Description

Join our team at Day's Tire Auto, in Bloomer, WI as an Automotive Service Advisor. As our Automotive Service Advisor you would interact with our customers by listening to their vehicle concerns, recommend repairs, manage the service progress from start to finish and be a liaison between our customers and mechanics.

Key responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor include:

Greeting customers in person or over the phone and gathering information to help resolve vehicle service needs;
Explaining vehicle findings to the customer and presenting cost estimates;
Creating repair orders, scheduling appointments and managing the flow of vehicles through the service department;
Coordinating with mechanics to ensure timely and accurate repairs;
Providing additional recommendations for service and parts to customers.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer and service records.
Ability to organize and track parts, inventory and repair orders from start to finish.

Previous experience working with automotive repairs, tires and service writing in a repair facility is helpful but if you are organized, friendly and can clearly communicate, we can train you on the rest!
