Job Summary

Now Hiring for a Full-time Hourly Night Manager

Pay Range $21.63 - $26.44 hourly ($45,000-$55,000 annually) depending upon experience. This position is that of an Hourly Manager and your hourly rate is based on a 40-hour work week. This position is eligible to participate in the position's incentive program.

Our Night Manager provides friendly, efficient and hospitable service at the front desk. Providing efficient and a friendly check in and check out service. Completes the night audit process through the PMS (property management system). This is a unique and amazing opportunity for the right candidate! Shift is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and Virginia Tech football games.

Responsibilities

Supervise overnight hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest relations, and security protocols
Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while addressing any special requests or issues
Oversee property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to maintain seamless booking processes
Lead and manage hospitality teams, providing guidance on customer service standards and operational procedures
Monitor hotel safety and security measures, coordinating with security personnel as needed
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and promptness

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), property management software, and revenue management principles
Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions
Experience overseeing nightly financial operations including night audit processes and budgeting
Demonstrated ability to manage hospitality operations budgets and human resources functions
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hotel guest service standards
