Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global Sales and Kristen has a background as a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. That unique experience, paired with our Agency’s unparalleled culture and guidance, technology, turn-key business model, and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources and support they need to achieve the results they desire.

What You'll Do

Consult with Clients: Assess clients’ life and health insurance needs and recommend solutions to protect their homes, families, retirement, and financial future.
Provide Insurance Solutions: Offer products such as Term & Whole Life insurance, Final Expense insurance, Annuities, IULs, and retirement or debt-free life strategies, while proudly representing a broad portfolio of top-tier insurance and financial products from 40+ of the highest-rated carriers in the United States.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
Collaborate & Learn: Work with your team, leverage mentorship, and participate in training to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Manage Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate client records, process transactions, and use digital tools for client communications and documentation.

Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc.
Must have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check; no felonies or recent bankruptcies). If not licensed, we guide you step-by-step through the process.
Strong communication and people skills for remote client interactions
Comfortable with virtual presentations and technology

This is a commission-based role. On average, our agents earn $1,000 per application, typically writing 4–10 applications per week.
