Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role in medical imaging by supporting patients and providers with expert MRI diagnostic services over a 13-week assignment. Your expertise as an MRI Technologist will directly impact patient outcomes through accurate imaging and compassionate care.

Schedule:

Full-time position
5x8 hour shifts
Day shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Qualifications:

Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT credential required
At least 1 year of MRI tech experience in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in advanced MRI equipment usage and safety protocols
Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:

Operate MRI equipment and related technology according to established protocols
Position patients correctly while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
Execute high-quality imaging exams and adjust techniques as needed for optimal results
Maintain detailed documentation and accurate patient records
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members for coordinated diagnostic care
Adhere strictly to radiation safety and infection control standards
Troubleshoot technical issues and report equipment malfunctions promptly
