Full Job Description

For over 20 years, Lorian Health has been a trusted leader in home health care, committed to enhancing quality of life and supporting patient independence. We foster a collaborative, compassionate environment where team members are valued, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful impact.
We’re looking for a compassionate COTA to support patients in their homes and help improve independence, mobility, and quality of life. You’ll work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to deliver hands on, patient centered care.
Location: San Diego North Inland, Central, Coastal
$2500 Sign-on bonus: Paid in payment of $625 quarterly over the course of 12 months.
Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
Document and report patient progress and condition changes.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Educate patients and families on exercises and care techniques.
Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

COTA license (state issued) and CPR certification.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Prefer 2+ years of COTA experience; home health experience a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
