Live Stream Sales Host – Trading Cards (Breaks)
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, reliable Live Stream Sales Host to run trading card breaks across platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok, and eBay Live. This role combines sales, entertainment, and product knowledge—you will be responsible for engaging a live audience, selling break spots, and executing breaks with accuracy and professionalism.
This is a performance-driven role where confidence, communication, and attention to detail are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live streams for trading card breaks (sports & Pokémon)
- Sell break spots in real time while maintaining strong audience engagement
- Clearly explain break formats, rules, and product details to buyers
- Ensure all breaks are conducted fully on camera in compliance with platform policies
- Accurately assign teams/spots to buyers and prevent duplicate sales
- Handle cards with care (proper sleeves, top loaders, and organization)
- Properly sort and tag all cards by break, buyer, and team for shipping
- Maintain a clean, professional streaming environment
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers at all times
- Note any visible manufacturer defects live to ensure transparency
- Maintain stream pace while balancing entertainment and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and on-camera confidence
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to engage and convert viewers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live environment
- High attention to detail and organization
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of trading cards (sports and/or Pokémon preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior live streaming experience (Whatnot, TikTok, Twitch, etc.)
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Familiarity with trading card products, players, and hobby trends
Performance Expectations
- Maintain consistent energy and professionalism during all streams
- Accurately execute breaks with minimal errors
- Drive sales through engagement and product knowledge
- Follow all company policies and platform compliance requirements
Work Environment & Expectations
- Employees must maintain proper grooming and presentation (no excessive jewelry that may damage cards; clean hands/nails required)
- Must follow all card handling and packaging procedures
- Must adhere to all break rules and company policies (no guaranteeing hits, no assumption of manufacturer liability)
- Must remain in control of the stream and maintain a positive environment
Compensation & Role Structure
- Hourly base + performance incentives (if applicable)
- Role classification may include:
- Primary Streamer (Lead Host)
- Support Role (Shipping/Break Assistance with limited streaming duties)

Additional Information
- This position may require evening and weekend availability
- Employees must be able to adapt to different break formats and products
- Failure to meet performance or policy standards may result in reassignment or termination
