Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing procedures and protocols
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing administration
- Coordinate and oversee hospice care and home health services, as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current state RN license
- Proven experience in nursing administration, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting
- In-depth knowledge of physiology, disease processes, and evidence-based nursing practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience with care planning and resident rights advocacy
- Familiarity with home care systems and hospice care services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
