What You’ll Do

Genuine Authenticity

Greet guests with real warmth — no scripts, just honest, human connection (“Real

Make thoughtful drink recommendations based on guest preferences
Own mistakes quickly and fix them with kindness
Show up as yourself and help create a warm, welcoming environment

Deliciously Bold

Craft beverages that are flavorful, vibrant, and Instagram-ready (“Drinks bursting

with flavor, color, and personality”)

Bring high energy and personality to the bar area
Confidently talk about our coffee, specialty drinks, and bold flavors
Add playful, upbeat vibes to the guest experience

Relentless Hospitality

Anticipate guest needs before they ask — refills, remakes, suggestions (“Needs

anticipated before they ask”)

Move with speed, grace, and accuracy during rushes
Support teammates by running drinks, helping expo, or jumping in where needed Handle issues with calmness, generosity, and a guest-first mindset

Core Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to spec
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
Enter orders accurately and process payments
Keep drink stations stocked, prepped, and ready for peak times
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service flowing smoothly
Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick action
