About the Role:
Spine Wellness Cincinnati is a leading chiropractic, acupuncture and wellness clinic located in Madeira. We’re looking for a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our wellness-focused team! This is a part-time (~15-20hrs/week) position and is ideal for someone who is upbeat, dependable, caring, and organized. As the Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Starting Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm (~15 hours/week).

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and warmly welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. Know every patient by name.
- Set patients on various therapy machines.
- Keep sessions on track and the office flowing smoothly.
- Monitor timing and patient movement around the office.
- Chart office notes and communicate patient concerns to the doctors.
- Offer support with a warm smile and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, calm, and efficient office.
- Help with social media marketing and content creation.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance/chiropractic/acupuncture is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with composure.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $15-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
