Full Job Description

Job Summary

Grelle, Jump & Company is a CPA firm on the east side of Cincinnati. We represent and conduct work for small to medium size businesses in the Cincinnati area and also prepare returns for individuals. We are looking for an experienced accountant to prepare tax returns for personal and business clients. In addition, you will be in charge of multiple clients' accounting,bookkeeping, tax planning, and consulting services throughout the year.

We do offer the ability to work from home on agreed upon days while not in busy season.

Job Duties

-Provide a full range of tax services for business and personal clients

-Provide accounting/bookkeeping services for businesses including journal entries and analysis

-Build relationships with and contact clients in a professional manner

Requirements

-Experience in 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120, tax return preparation

-Knowledge of tax software such as Drake and Quickbooks

-Exceptional client service skills and ability to build and cultivate relationships with clients

-At least two years experience

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

-The ability to work extended hours during tax season

The job offers retirement match and flexible work hours if needed. Pay will be commensurate with experience and competitive with the marketplace.
