Full Job Description

Overview

Full-Charge Bookkeeper for established property management and real estate investment company. Part time (24-30 hrs/wk) with flexible schedule. Full-charge bookkeeping, including payables, receivables, payroll, benefits, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, reports, etc. Plus a mix of operations support, special project work, and business administration. Work closely with property personnel and executive leadership.

Candidate should have accurate data entry ability, strong planning/organization/communications skills, and ability to work independently in a small office environment. Must be proficient with professional cloud-based accounting systems (property management programs a plus), Microsoft Word and Excel, online bill-payment, and general computer use.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Exceptional attention to detail and accurate work product
Ability to coordinate and analyze financial data
Very good computer and data entry skills
Highly organized and able to multi-task well
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude
Friendly personality
Self-motivated
Smoking is prohibited on site and at the workplace
Pass drug screen & background check
