Full Job Description

Some brands are maintained. Great brands are continually shaped, strengthened, and brought to life.

Perfection Group is looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Designer who can help us do exactly that.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on designer to become the creative force behind how our customers, associates, candidates, and partners experience Perfection Group. You’ll have the opportunity to influence everything from our visual identity and messaging to sales materials, digital content, social media, office environments, events, recruiting campaigns, and more.

We’re looking for someone who sees both the big picture and the smallest detail—someone who can develop a strong creative concept and then roll up their sleeves to execute it beautifully.

What You’ll Create

Your work will span a wide variety of channels and experiences, including:

Brand campaigns and storytelling
Sales presentations, proposals, and collateral
Digital, print, email, and direct-mail campaigns
Social media content
Recruiting and associate communications
Office graphics and environmental branding
Trade shows and customer events
Signage, merchandise, and promotional materials
Leadership and company presentations

No two days will look exactly the same. One day, you may be developing a customer campaign or refining a sales presentation. The next, you may be creating social content, designing an office environment, or helping bring a company event to life.

Your Impact

You’ll serve as the hands-on steward of the Perfection Group brand—helping us build consistency while continuing to evolve how the brand looks, sounds, and feels.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, People & Talent, Operations, and company leadership to turn business priorities into creative work that is clear, compelling, and distinctly Perfection.

You’ll also help us improve how creative work gets done by developing useful templates, organizing brand assets, strengthening creative processes, and finding smarter ways to move projects from idea to execution.

You May Be a Great Fit If You…

Have at least five years of experience in graphic design, brand, creative services, or marketing.
Have a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
Have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking across print and digital channels.
Bring an expert eye for typography, composition, layout, storytelling, and visual consistency.
Enjoy doing the creative work—not only directing it.
Can balance high standards with the need to work efficiently and keep projects moving.
Are comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
Ask thoughtful questions and can turn varied input into one cohesive creative solution.
Take ownership, pay attention to the details, and follow work through to completion.
Are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and contemporary design and content-creation tools.

Experience in B2B, commercial services, facilities, engineering, construction, or an industrial environment is helpful, but it isn’t required. What matters most is your ability to understand our business, uncover the story, and translate it into exceptional creative.

This position is based in Cincinnati and will include occasional travel to other Perfection Group offices and company events.
