We are recruiting this position on behalf of our client, a growing building materials distributor expanding into new markets.

Most sales jobs promise big earnings and deliver mediocre base pay with a commission plan that's hard to hit. That's not this. Our client's outside sales reps are earning serious commission — on average, $75,000 in commission on top of their base salary. That's not a ceiling. That's their average. What You'll Do:

- Hunt and develop new business across the Indianapolis market

- Partner with inside sales and ops to deliver exceptional service

- Own your territory and drive results

What We're Looking For:

- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction products, or a related industry

- A true hunter — you prospect relentlessly, open doors, and close

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-obsessed

- Knowledge of the Indianapolis builder/contractor market is a plus

- Preferred: 1–2 years of outside sales experience in windows and doors
