The business was formed and started in Indianapolis Indiana in 2016. With hard work and an excellent business strategy, it has quickly grown into the largest Kohler Walk-In Tub and Walk-In Shower dealer in the world. With home improvement projects on the rise, we plan for significant growth in the coming years. Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $110,000 - $250,000 in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!!! Responsibilities:

Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.

Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.

Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Who You Are:

CLOSER!! One Call Close.

An Independent business owner / 1099 Independent Contractor

Passionate about selling.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.

Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2-hour radius from your home.

Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.

Enjoy working as an independent contractor to maximize your earning potential.

The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.

Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.

The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.

Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

We’ll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Ability to run weekend appointments when desired and they’re available!

Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm, with Saturday running 10am and 2pm appointments.

Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week and up to 3 hours from your home base.

What We Offer:

$110,000 - $250,000 in compensation potential.
