While many financial services professionals focus on products, our experience shows our clients’ needs are best met by focusing on processes, strategies, and most importantly, people.

We are looking for a creative and detailed Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all marketing events and campaigns. This is perfect for someone who is organized and likes

What You Will Be Doing

Coordinate all marketing campaigns, databases, and client communication
Coordinate all client events and lodging accommodations
Participate in community events and network opportunities
Create, track and report marketing analytics and present reporting metrics
Manage marketing campaign for clients and prospects
Manage, update and write responses for company social media platforms
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Oversee project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and blogs
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO
Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment through targeted advertising
Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Engage in social media management by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts across multiple channels
Prepare reports on campaign performance using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentations to team
Foster strong communication within the team and with external partners to ensure alignment on marketing goals
Archive all marketing material
Oversee the development and updates of company materials
Schedule appointments post event
Perform reminder calls prior to an event
Mine existing database for appointment opportunities
Conduct regular client outreach to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Track client birthdays, milestones, life events, and opportunities for personalized outreach and recognition
Develop and implement client retention strategies
Monitor client engagement and identify at-risk relationships
Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when appropriate
Analyze retention trends and recommend improvements to the client experience
Manage client appreciation programs, gifts, and special events
Implement referral-generation campaigns and processes
Coordinate referral follow-up and tracking
All other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

3-5 Years Prior Experience in Marketing/Purchasing Media (Required)
Strong Understanding of Social Media Platforms Including, But Not Limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram and YouTube (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite (Required)
Strong Photography, Video Production, and Editing Skills (Required)
High School Degree (Required)
Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Similar Degree (Preferred)
Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)
Managing Social Media and SEO (Preferred)
Clear and Professional Communication (Verbal and Written)
Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
Ability to Learn and Adapt to Changes
