Position: Sales Executive – Airway Management
Location: Cincinnati (must live in or close by)
Compensation: Base, plus commission plus bonus. ($72,000 base + OTE $140.000 target)

What You’ll Do
Drive growth across your territory by building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and key decision-makers in hospitals, surgery centers, and emergency settings. You’ll lead product demos and trainings, expand adoption of airway management solutions, and represent KARL STORZ at industry events—all while consistently exceeding sales targets.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of sales experience (medical device preferred)
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing roleWillingness to travel daily and handle equipment (up to 35 lbs)
Sales Executive, Airway – Cincinnati (Summary)
KARL STORZ is seeking a field-based Sales Executive to drive sales of Airway Management products within the Cincinnati territory. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, achieving sales targets, and delivering product education and training in clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow territory sales, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas
Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for hospital and clinical staff
Develop and execute strategic plans for target accounts
Respond to leads, maintain customer relationships, and report sales activity
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions
Collaborate with internal sales and support teams
Manage territory expenses and company assets
Work Environment:
Highly field-based role (30–40+ hours/week traveling locally within ~100 miles)
Frequent visits to hospitals, surgery centers, ERs, and physician offices
Regular presence in clinical and procedural areas, including operating rooms
Requires adherence to strict safety and infection-control protocols
Requirements:
Must reside within the New Orleans territory
Ability to travel daily and work independently in a fast-paced medical sales environment

- Field sales, internships, and roles that are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for vacation, except where required by law.
