Front Desk Insurance Coordinator

Williams Dental is looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Insurance Coordinator to join our fun and welcoming team! We work 3 days a week from 6:30am -3:30pm. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

We are a patient-focused dental practice that believes in creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team. In this role, you will be an important part of the patient experience while helping keep our front office and insurance processes running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you love working with patients, communicating with insurance companies, and being part of a supportive team, we would love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Review treatment estimates and patient financial responsibilities
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Assist with insurance questions and benefit explanations
Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running efficiently
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out

What We're Looking For

Previous dental front office or insurance experience preferred
Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
Experience with dental insurance verification and claims is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
A willingness to learn and grow with our practice
