We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and help introduce customers to eco-conscious water delivery solutions. In this role, you will engage with customers in retail environments, provide product education, answer questions, and help customers discover solutions that support their lifestyle and sustainability goals.

As a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate, you will represent our brand, build customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth by delivering a professional, informative, and customer-focused retail marketing experience.
Essential Duties of a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate:
- Engage with customers in retail locations to introduce water delivery products and services
- Educate customers on product benefits, service features, and sustainability advantages
- Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming retail experience
- Assist customers with product enrollment and service setup throughout the sales process
- Participate in retail promotions, brand events, and customer engagement activities
- Build customer relationships through friendly, professional communication
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team
- Support team sales goals by increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement
Key Qualifications for a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
