Join Our Team

Precision Express Delivery is seeking a highly organized, technology-driven Human Resources Representative to support our growing workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce administration while leveraging modern HR systems to create an efficient and seamless employee experience.

As a member of our team, you will help attract top talent, manage digital employee records, coordinate training and onboarding activities, and support managers with workforce planning and employee relations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology, and enjoys building scalable processes that support organizational growth.

What You'll Do & What You'll Bring

Lead the recruiting and hiring process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking, and coordinating offers for prospective employees.
Manage onboarding and orientation activities while utilizing digital onboarding platforms to ensure a smooth and engaging new-hire experience.
Maintain accurate electronic employee records, personnel files, and compliance documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
Schedule and track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements using workforce management and HR systems.
Support employee relations initiatives by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with engagement efforts, and maintaining professional and confidential communication.
Utilize HR technology platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), payroll systems, workforce management software, and reporting tools to manage employee information and support business operations.
Generate reports and maintain accurate workforce data to assist leadership with staffing decisions, compliance monitoring, and operational planning.
Partner with management to identify staffing needs, improve retention efforts, and support a positive workplace culture.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Bring previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administration, Operations, or a related field, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HRIS, payroll, onboarding, scheduling, or workforce management software.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital personnel record management.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Experience supporting a transportation, logistics, warehouse, delivery, or service-based workforce is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
