Full Job Description

<Job Summary>
We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Graphic Designer - Printer Operator to join our creative team. This is a 100% on-site position, must be local to the Cincinnati area - No Remote. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite design software to prepare artwork for production. Fast-paced print shop with a family atmosphere. Salary dependent upon experience. Day Shift M-F Schedule. Please email resume in PDF format for consideration.

<Responsibilities>

Develop innovative visual concepts for print materials, signage, branding, and digital campaigns using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Design logos, branding assets, marketing collateral, and signage that align with client specifications and brand identity.
Create engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance promotional materials.
Manage layout design, typesetting, and color management to produce high-quality print advertising and digital art.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and present polished concepts through presentation skills.
Maintain consistency across all visual assets by applying principles of typography, color theory, UI design, web design, and visual design standards.
Assist with sign manufacturing processes when applicable, ensuring production design meets quality standards as needed.

<Qualifications>

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, digital art, and print advertising projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong grasp of typography, color management, layout design, typesetting, and production design principles.
Ability to manipulate photos through photo manipulation techniques; experience with sign manufacturing is a plus.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
