Full Job Description

Beechmont Pet Hospital is currently seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, individual to join our growing staff as a full-time receptionist! Part-time availability may also be considered for the right candidate. Potential applicants should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task. A customer service background and/or veterinary hospital experience is preferred but we are also willing to provide on the job training as well.

The duties of the receptionist would include: scheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures, answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, receive and convey messages in writing and verbally. The candidate will communicate with the client the procedures that their pet is due for and educate clients on services and products we provide.
