Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining efficient and effective operations within the company while also assisting in the day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips.
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership team meetings.
Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO.
Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls for the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.
