Key Responsibilities
Receive hands-on training in all aspects of the mortgage process
Follow a clear path toward earning your full MLO license (if desired)
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Help generate new business opportunities
Meet daily call requirements and work toward individual sales goals

Compensation
Base salary plus commission
Expected earnings $40,000–$70,000+ annually
