Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
Location: Burnet Campus, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati OH 45229
Units : Main Pharmacy, Operating Room & Critical Care Pharmacy

Full and Part-time opportunities are available

Pay Expectancy : $21.50-$24.62 + shift and weekend differential

What you’ll do (what your day really looks like)
You’ll rotate through key areas of the inpatient pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and clinical teams to:
Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently
Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units
Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory
Compound sterile and non-sterile medications
Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety

This is hands-on, detail-driven work where accuracy, teamwork, and urgency matter.

How to qualify for this job:
Have at least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
Be licensed as a pharmacy technician in the State of Ohio
Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
High school diploma or equivalent
A detail-oriented, team-first mindset
