Total Homecare Solutions LLC (THS) is a dedicated Supported Living and Homecare Provider committed to enhancing the lives of elderly and disabled individuals within our community. Certified in Ohio to deliver Medicaid Waiver services, we focus on fostering independence, individual rights, and self-determination through innovative and compassionate support.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Manager to lead community-focused initiatives that empower underserved populations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee program development, coordinate community outreach efforts, and collaborate with diverse partners. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep commitment to social impact.

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of care (including, but not limited to- client finance, medical needs, all aspects of direct care, quality assurance, attending all team meetings/trainings) for a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Maintains a collaborative working relationship with all THS Supported Living Departments
Directly supervise all DSPs who are assigned to clients on case load. Supervision involves continual elevation of job performance of the DSPs.
Complete and provide oversight of all DSP trainings/ retraining required for the individuals who are assigned to caseload.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for systems utilized by Total Homecare Solutions. .
Complete and provide weekly oversight of client service documentation while ensuring DSPs have a clear understanding of expectations upon completion.
Complete and provide monthly home audits of all individuals assigned to caseload.
Monitor DSP clock in/out times weekly to ensure only approved schedules are being submitted.
Oversee and participate in clients support plan developments, monitoring, and assessments per revision and request needs.
Ensure all monthly documentation is collected and disturbed to correct team members for each individual on case load.
Work a scheduled shift each month with each client assigned to caseload.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p with rotating weekly on-call schedule (including weekends and holidays). There may be occasions when the Program Manager and affiliated administrators will need to address emergency tasks on weekends and holidays. Reports in person to the office daily.
Must travel to all locations/counties that clients live in who are serviced by THS Supported Living.

Requirements

1. Graduate of an accredited High School or GED equivalency (Required).

2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Preferred).

3. Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

4. Own transportation that is reliable.

5. Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

6. A minimum of five (5) years' experience in management of DODD related programs (Required).

7. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in scheduling (Required).

8. Must have a clean background with no disqualifying offenses.

9. Must obtain and maintain all DODD requirements for employment in the field.

10. Extensive knowledge of DODD rules and regulations.

11. Strong computer and word-processing skills.
