**What You'll Do**

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll learn the day-to-day financial operations of an automotive dealership while supporting our accounting office. Responsibilities include:

Process invoices and accounting paperwork
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Enter and maintain accurate financial information
Organize and maintain accounting records and files
Assist with month-end accounting processes
Provide administrative support to the accounting department
Answer phones and assist with general office duties as needed
Help with special projects and other duties as assigned

This position provides the opportunity to learn every aspect of dealership accounting and grow into positions with greater responsibility.

**What We're Looking For**

You don't need an accounting degree or years of experience. We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive and strong work ethic
Wants to build a long-term career
Is dependable and takes pride in their work
Has good organizational skills and attention to detail
Is comfortable learning new software and technology
Has basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
Is willing to learn, grow, and accept coaching

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
