Full Job Description

We are now looking for a CSR to provide dispatching, inventory control on machine parts/freight, and administrative support in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone to be passionate about supporting our Service Department to enable the business to achieve success. You will need excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing:

This position will be an integral aspect to our Service Department. In this position you will work with technicians and management team to perform tasks related to dispatching, inventory control, and basic administrative functions. You will think strategically, as well as roll up your sleeves and assist the team wherever help may be needed.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

Perform all aspects of dispatching.
Perform all administrative tasks.
Promptly answer customer calls in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment.
Coordinate with clients and management to schedule service technicians to jobs based on customer issue, technician specialty and geographic efficiencies.
Assist in expediting and locating missing, misrouted, delayed, returned or damaged freight/parts.
Enter customer data in ServiceTitan program with perfect accuracy.
Handle all customers in a professional, courteous demeanor.
Provide timely response and feedback to the customer regarding scheduling, questions or concerns.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Participate and contribute in team meetings.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

What we need to see:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with ServiceTitan software.
Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience.
Minimum 1 years of inventory control experience.
Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) experience.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to interpret manuals and schematics.

3+ years of previous dispatching/inventory control/administrative work experience.

Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
