Full Job Description

MIG Welder / Fabricator

Ray-Tech Infrared is seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Charlestown, New Hampshire.

We design and build specialized heavy-duty road construction equipment used throughout North America. This is a full-time position in a fabrication shop with year-round work.

Responsibilities

MIG weld steel components and assemblies
Read and interpret fabrication drawings
Fabricate parts and assemblies from raw materials
Operate common fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drills, and other shop tools
Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
Work independently and as part of a small team

Requirements

Prior MIG welding experience required - Weld test will be completed during the interview process
Prior fabrication experience is preferred
Ability to read and work from shop drawings
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Experience with heavy equipment, truck bodies, or structural fabrication is a plus

Position Details

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Day shift
Pay based on experience and skill level
Life insurance plan covered by company
