We’re looking for a high-performance sales professional to join our team as a Patient Counselor (Sales Professional) - someone who thrives on connecting deeply with people, leading them through life-changing decisions, and closing in-person consultations with confidence and compassion. This is a consultative sales role where your primary responsibility is to meet with prospective patients, understand their goals, and enroll them into our weight loss and body transformation programs so they can lose weight, tone their bodies, and reclaim their confidence.

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000/year

Uncapped personal commissions with clear tiers, paid monthly on collected revenue:

$0–$35,000/month: 0%

$35,001+/month: 15%

Personal quota: $70,000/month in collected revenue

Top performers who drive $70,000–$100,000+/month in revenue can earn in the $130,000–$185,000+ range

2‑month ramp period with intensive training and coaching so you’re set up to win before full expectations kick in!

Simple way to think about it:

Hit quota and you’re around $133k. Push into the top bands and you’re in the $170k–$190k+ range. After ramp, if you consistently sit well below target, we’ll put you on a clear performance improvement plan; if you’re still not meeting targets after that, it’s a sign this isn’t the right seat.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in‑office consultations with new leads and walk them through our program options.
Build deep rapport, handle objections with empathy, and confidently close same‑day consultations.
Use our proven sales scripts and systems to guide conversations while bringing your unique energy to the process.
Track performance in our CRM, follow up with prospects, and keep your pipeline moving daily.
Study, practice, and role‑play consistently to sharpen your skills and increase your close rate.
