Join Our Team: Blended Case Manager (BCM)

Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. We offer a fulfilling career path complemented by a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Starting Pay and Compensation:

Base weekly pay plus bonus
For hours over 27 billable hours weekly: $30 bonus per hour
For billable hours beyond 32 weekly: $40.00 bonus per hour
Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

$500 cell phone stipend annually
$2,500 annually for on-call, contingent upon on-call duties performed.

Requirements: We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,
Registered nurse; or,
High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers
