HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS:
- $80K–$100K/year
- Health Insurance with $300/monthly employer-paid contribution (Dental + Vision options available at employee’s expense)
- 401K available
- Production based bonuses

- Flexible sign-on bonus (up to $500 after 2 weeks)
✓ BENEFITS – We offer health insurance and we contribute $300/month to that expense for the employee. Dental and Vision options are also available at the employee’s expense. Our contribution ends up paying for approximately 50% of total health insurance. We are also pleased to offer 401k for those planning for retirement.
✓ WORK-LIFE BALANCE – 11 paid days off (6 vacation + 5 holidays) and flexible scheduling when you need it. Overtime is available for those who want extra hours.
✓ PRODUCTION BASED BONUSES – Your week includes 40 hours of work +2.5 hours of overtime (for paid lunches) + opportunities for production based bonuses.

- 10+ years in a professional shop, with strong diagnostic and repair ability (diesel/fleet experience preferred)
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team

- A problem-solver who doesn’t just spot issues but offers solutions
- Your own tools and a valid driver’s license
